Walmart Business has been working hard to enhance its offerings and services for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) over the past year. This includes a dedicated membership program and personalized app experience. To further assist SMBs in preparing for holiday office celebrations, Walmart has recently launched its Holiday Party Shop and Employee Gift Finder solutions. These solutions are designed to help businesses save time and money while getting ready for the festive season.
Walmart has partnered with TikTok star Corporate Natalie to provide advice and a curated marketplace shopping experience for all of your holiday party needs. Additionally, the Gift Finder tool offers tailored product recommendations that can be sorted by price range, customer rating, availability, delivery speed, and brand.
As part of its robust omnichannel infrastructure, Walmart offers customers same-day delivery or curbside pickup for online orders. Members can also use Walmart Pay to complete their transactions in-store using the shared payment method in the Walmart Business app.
These flexible options demonstrate Walmart’s commitment to providing a B2B buying experience that caters to the unique needs of everyday shoppers while still meeting the specific expectations of small business owners and operators. According to Ashley Hubka, SVP and General Manager of Walmart Business, “We recognized that we had both the capabilities and the opportunity to really focus on them in a way that we had never done before. That for us was the opportunity: as our strategy has evolved and our ecommerce capabilities have advanced to where they are now, we felt like we had the grounding and the bandwidth to think more about businesses as customers.”
