Houston-based World Emblem celebrates three decades of operation

World Emblem, a company based in northwest Houston, is celebrating its 30th anniversary in the business of manufacturing patches and emblems. With an average annual production of 250 million custom products, it is the largest such company globally. What started as a small shop in New Jersey in 1993 has expanded to nine locations worldwide and employs over 1,000 people.

Chief Operating Officer Jim Kozel stated that World Emblem offers a minimum quantity of one for orders, making it accessible not only to large corporations but also individual customers. The company’s client list includes major brands such as the NFL, Levi’s, New Era, and Perry Ellis. Customization options at World Emblem are vast, with the capability to embroider on a variety of garments.

During a behind-the-scenes tour with ABC13’s Localish team, the intricate process of creating custom patches at World Emblem was showcased. Each product is carefully crafted with precision and attention to detail. To learn more about World Emblem and their services, visit their website for more information.
