Review: The Jungle Bunch World Tour – An Insane Beaver Causes Chaos in a Simple Animated Sequel | Film Animation

The Jungle Bunch 2, the sequel to the forgettable 2017 French animation, is a lively but ultimately trivial adventure that takes the plucky defenders of the forest on a globe-trotting mission to face a new enemy. This time, they are up against a deranged beaver who has brainwashed an army of hench-beavers to aid in his goal of complete deforestation of the jungle.

However, despite its action-packed set pieces, The Jungle Bunch 2 is light on humor, with most of the jokes centered around toilet humor. This may not be suitable for younger audiences, especially given the inclusion of sappy interspecies relationship subplots.

In fact, The Jungle Bunch 2 lacks depth and substance, choosing to focus on action and slapstick humor rather than delivering a meaningful story. It is a forgettable installment in the series, with little to offer beyond its colorful animation and fast-paced action scenes. Overall, this film fails to deliver on its potential and falls short of expectations for both children and adults alike.
