Israel strikes Hezbollah target in Lebanon following rocket barrage

In response to the rocket attacks on northern Israel, the Israeli Army launched airstrikes on a military structure belonging to the Shiite militia party Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. The attack was aimed at targeting terrorists present in the Mis al Jabal area.

Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the rocket attacks, stating that they were directed at a group of enemy soldiers. However, no casualties were reported following the attack. The Israeli Army confirmed that 15 projectiles hit open areas near a military post in Menara. Air alerts were activated in the area to safeguard civilians.

The situation remains tense as both sides continue to engage in conflict following ongoing clashes between the Israeli Army and Hezbollah in southern Lebanon. These incidents occurred against the backdrop of attacks by Hamas on Israeli territory, which resulted in numerous casualties and kidnappings.

While there is currently no information on casualties resulting from these latest attacks, it is clear that tensions are high and that further clashes could occur at any time. It remains to be seen how both sides will respond to these developments and what impact they will have on regional stability.
