Kevin Dulaney appointed as first head of technology and innovation at SourceCode

A leading technology specialist agency, SourceCode, has recently appointed Kevin Dulaney as its first EVP and head of technology and innovation. With 25 years of experience in the tech industry, Dulaney will oversee the firm’s digital transformation strategy and IT operations, as well as the development of measurement and analytics services.

In his most recent role at Hotwire, where he worked for nearly 10 years, Dulaney created communications services for technology companies and collaborated with high-profile clients such as Atari, NASA, and the NFL to develop new products and enhance existing tools. He was also recognized as a member of PRWeek’s Dashboard 25 class of 2023.

Greg Mondshein, managing partner and cofounder of SourceCode, expressed his excitement about Dulaney’s appointment: “Dulaney’s unique skill set and deep understanding of marketing and agency operations position him perfectly to help us remain on the cutting edge of marketing communications.”

SourceCode, founded in 2017 by Hotwire alums Mondshein and Rebecca Honeyman, has also expanded internationally with its first office in the U.K., which was opened last year. The agency hired Giles Peddy, former CEO of tech PR consultancy Missive, to lead the office. According to PRWeek’s Agency Business Report 2023, SourceCode experienced a 4% increase in revenue last year, reaching $8.8 million globally.
