Alluvion Health’s PATH Program assists the homeless

Alluvion Health in Great Falls announced the revitalization of its Project in Assistance in Transition from Homelessness (PATH) program on March 25, 2024. The program focuses on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness, especially those dealing with mental illnesses or substance use disorders. A new team of professionals has been appointed to lead the program, which provides outreach, engagement, case management, and service coordination to help eligible individuals transition out of homelessness.

Alluvion Health emphasizes the importance of upholding the dignity, privacy, and confidentiality of all patients and their families through the PATH program. By taking a person-centered approach, the program aims to create a supportive environment that fosters recovery and stability for those experiencing homelessness. Kevin Purinton, PATH Program Manager, stated that the commitment to addressing healthcare disparities is evident in the continuous support for the PATH program. By offering comprehensive support to individuals facing mental health challenges and homelessness, Alluvion Health hopes to make a significant impact on their lives and the well-being of the community.
