Participants for Friday’s Augusta National Women’s Amateur are now confirmed.

Augusta National Women’s Amateur participants will have a unique opportunity to play a twilight nine on the club’s Par 3 Course this year. This is the first time in the championship’s five-year history that competitors will be able to play the short course, and it promises to be an exciting experience for all involved.

Anna Davis, who finished third in last year’s tournament, is one of the many competitors who will be participating in this special event. She is particularly excited about the opportunity to see different parts of Augusta National Golf Club that she hasn’t had access to before. “I think it’ll be really fun,” she said. “It’s just great for everyone to keep seeing different parts of Augusta National. The property is so big, so I know everyone is looking forward to doing that.”

The Par 3 Course has been hosting the annual Par 3 Contest during Masters week since 1960 and underwent a major renovation before last year’s tournament. Hole Nos. 1-5 were rerouted and several trees were removed to improve patron walkways and viewing areas. This renovation has made it possible for players to appreciate different aspects of the course and gain new insights into its design and layout.

Megan Schofill, who won the U.S. Women’s Amateur title last year, is also looking forward to playing on the Par 3 Course during this year’s Augusta National Women’s Amateur. “It’s just great for everyone to keep seeing different parts of Augusta National,” she said. “The property is so big, so I know everyone is looking forward to doing that.”

Overall, this special treat promises to be an unforgettable experience for all participants in this year’s Augusta National Women’s Amateur competition. It allows them not only to test their skills on a challenging course but also to discover new aspects of one of golf’s most iconic venues.
