Frank Reich, the head coach of the Carolina Panthers, has decided to resume his duties as the team’s offensive play-caller. However, despite this decision, the team did not see an improvement in their performance on Sunday. In a press conference on Monday, Reich emphasized that there are no major changes planned for Week 12. He also stated that the coaching staff will remain unchanged and that there are no plans to replace first overall pick Bryce Young with veteran quarterback Andy Dalton.

Darin Gantt of the Panthers’ website reported that Reich stated, “No consideration of that.” Although he mentioned that there will be discussions about potential changes to the lineup, it is difficult to feel optimistic about the prospects of finding better solutions for the Panthers as they prepare to face the Titans for their second win of the season.

Despite the need for changes, Reich’s announcement implies that the Panthers are not contemplating any drastic alterations in their personnel or strategies. This decision may disappoint fans who are hoping for a turnaround in the team’s performance. With mounting pressure to deliver wins, it remains to be seen if the Panthers can turn their season around without making substantial changes.
