Santora explained that they make all the snow that skiers use and that it takes about four days of continuous snowmaking for them to make enough snow to open. He described the snowmaking process, which involves using a wet bulb temperature to determine when they can make snow. As they prepare for the opening of the season, staff members are being brought on board and beginners can also take advantage of lessons offered at the resort.
