Helsinki Stock Exchange closes flat, SRV jumps over 14%

The Helsinki Stock Exchange ended with a slight rise on Monday, with the general index closing at 9765.16 points, up 0.1 percent from the previous day. Approximately half of the most traded stocks were rising, while the other half were falling. The fuel company Inzile was the most traded stock of the day, with its share price increasing by 4.0 percent to 25.67 euros.

On the other hand, the IT company Tecnotree saw a decrease of 4.9 percent to 0.27 euros. Meanwhile, Valmet’s share ended with a 2.5 percent decrease to 24.18 euros and PunaMusta Media announced changes in production that will result in layoffs.

The engine company Training announced an investment in filter cloth production in Brazil to meet demand from South American industries and Loihti ICT company announced share issues related to staff incentives. SSH Communications Security elected a new board member at its general meeting and SRV Companies also elected new board members while Fortum made announcements regarding its decisions made at its general meeting.
