Philadelphia Eagles’ star linebacker, Haason Reddick, has reportedly been granted permission to seek a trade from his current team. The seven-year veteran is looking to move on after spending the last two seasons with the Eagles.
Reddick started his career with the Arizona Cardinals before moving to the Carolina Panthers in 2021. However, he was unable to find success with them and eventually made his way to Philadelphia.
In just two seasons with the Eagles, Reddick has been a force on defense, racking up an impressive 27 sacks and earning two Pro Bowl selections in 2022 and 2023. In the most recent season, he recorded 11 sacks, 23 quarterback hits, and 13 tackles for loss.
During his first season with the Eagles, Reddick tied for the second-most sacks in the NFL with 16 and also led all defensive players with five forced fumbles. His contributions helped propel the team to Super Bowl LVII.
As updates emerge on Reddick’s trade request situation, we will provide them as soon as possible.
