ARRI Rental North America has announced the addition of two new executives to their team, Lisa Harp and Andrea Leonard. Lisa Harp will take on the role of Vice President of Business Development for ARRI Rental North America, while Andrea Leonard will join as Director of Business Development for the New York branch.

Lisa Harp brings more than thirty years of experience in the film and television industry to her new role at ARRI Rental. Based in Los Angeles, she has previously held leadership positions at prominent cinema rental companies such as Panavision and PRG. Her expertise in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth makes her a valuable addition to ARRI Rental’s global business.

Andrea Leonard will be based in New York and brings a wealth of industry knowledge and a dynamic approach to her new role as Director of Business Development. With experience leading business development initiatives at well-known companies like Monster Remotes and Panavision, she also played a dual leadership role at Monster Remotes and Flying Monster, where she was responsible for building the cinema drone division from start-up to a prominent leader in the field. As Director of Business Development for ARRI Rental’s New York branch, her focus will be on fostering relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers while identifying new opportunities and growth strategies to enhance ARRI Rental’s position in the competitive New York market.
