Weekend Schedule for NASCAR Cup, Xfinity, and Truck Series races at Martinsville Speeday

This weekend, the NASCAR series will make a stop at Martinsville Speedway. The action will kick off with truck teams racing on Friday, followed by Xfinity teams taking to the short track on Saturday afternoon. To top it all off, Cup teams will close out the weekend with a Sunday afternoon race.

Last year’s winners at Martinsville Speedway were Corey Heim in the Truck race, John Hunter Nemechek in the spring Xfinity race, and Kyle Larson in the spring Cup race. The weather forecast for the weekend is looking favorable with mostly sunny skies and high temperatures ranging from 47 to 62 degrees.

On Friday, garage doors will open at 10:00 a.m. for the Craftsman Truck Series, followed by track activity from 3:05 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., including Truck Series practice, qualifying and race. On Saturday, garage doors will open at 10:30 a.m., and track activity will include Cup practice, qualifying and an Xfinity race starting at 2:35 p.m.. Finally, on Sunday, garage doors will open at 2:35 p.m., and track activity will feature a Cup race starting at 4:35 p.m..

The winningest Cup team has a special bond with Martinsville Speedway making this upcoming weekend even more exciting for fans of NASCAR racing series! Joey Logano and Ryan Blaney are among the drivers who have much to look forward to as they return to this historic track next on their schedules!
